Raho Carp Holidays - Terms & Conditions - Booking Information 

We will require all of your flight details prior to your travelling so that all licences have been obtained & that any accommodation arranged is ready upon your arrival. Our VIP accommodation cannot be guaranteed, especially at short notice. 
No flights, or airport transfers apart from Perpignan airport, are included in any packages purchased from Raho Carp Holidays. 
Transfers are booked at the time of booking. 
Airport pick-up & drop-off times are flexible but usually 12 noon on day of arrival & on departure. The nearest airport to the lake is Perpignan, & is approx. 10 minutes from our lake Villeneuve de la Raho; Ryanair is the cheapest airline into Perpignan from London Stanstead and Birmingham but Flybe also fly into Perpignan from Southampton. 
We recommend that you hire a car if you fly into another airport for the duration of your holiday; Hire cars will also give you more freedom to explore and fish outside of our fishing times. Car Hire enables you to travel to & from any accommodation before & after you have been fishing it also makes moving around lake on to fish easier. Maps/directions will be sent with confirmation of booking for those hiring cars. 

Passport & Fishing Licence Details 

A clear copy of your passport must be sent to us so that relevant fishing licences & permits can be obtained prior to your arrival. This can be scanned in and emailed to us. All fisherman will need to provide jpeg passport photo emailed across at time of booking along with there full address. 
These details can be scanned into your computer & sent via email and is our preferred method of receipt. 

Health & Safety 

Whilst our Guides will ensure you have an enjoyable fishing adventure, Raho Carp Holidays cannot be held responsible for your personal health & safety. 
All fishermen must have suitable travel insurance & be in possession of a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), obtainable from all UK post offices and on-line. 

Booking Terms, Conditions & Cancellations 

Provisional bookings to secure dates made via email will be held for 7 days. If a completed booking form or correct deposits of £100 per person are not received by the end of this time frame, the dates requested will be made available to other anglers. By sending in a online signed booking form with the correct deposits means you have read & accepted all Terms & Conditions. 
We operate a catch & release policy & do not condone the trophy angler or fish at any cost mentality. 
Raho Carp Holidays reserve the right to terminate any person's holiday, with immediate effect, if such behaviour is deemed to cause danger to fellow anglers, disrespect of local community or damage to the fish or local environment. 
If you need to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as you know as we may be able to re-arrange your dates, note that your £100 deposit is non-refundable. 
Holidays which are cancelled after all monies received by us including bait which has been ordered and paid for with less than 12 weeks’ notice before start of holiday will receive no monetary refund - new holiday dates can be rearranged at no further cost - but must be done within 12 months of original date otherwise all monies are forfeited. 

Deposits & Payment 

Raho Carp Holidays usually take place from Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday; a £100 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure dates, 
The remaining balance is to be paid six weeks prior to your departure. On receipt of deposit we will write to you formally in confirmation detailing your package and essential items to bring. 

Prices & Discounts 

The price shown here on this site is the price you pay. All holiday prices exclude flights, transfers from any other Airport apart from Perpignan and travel insurance. 
Discount will only apply where stated, discounts range from £50 - £100 per person - with the possibility of saving a further on bait packages and tackle packages from our shop which you pre order & pay for in advance. 


If any item of tackle or property owned by Raho Carp Holidays is damaged or broken due to neglect, misuse or lack of respect on your fishing adventure then you will be required to pay for its repair or renewal.
